Driving innovation in on-site Hydrogen Generator :
Daigas Gas and Power Solutions' HYSERVE

At Daigas Gas and Power Solution, we take immense pride in our successful track record of delivering highly efficient steam methane reformers (SMR), named as HYSERVE. With a strong presence in both Singapore and South Korea, we have established ourselves as a leading provider of high-quality equipment for on-site hydrogen production.

Our HYSERVE equipment is available in various capacities, ranging from 30 Nm3/hr to 300 Nm3/hr, catering to the diverse needs of our clients. However, it is our deliveries of HYSERVE-100 Nm3/hr in Singapore and HYSERVE-300 in South Korea that truly showcase our expertise and commitment to excellence.

In Singapore, we delivered one HYSERVE-100 Nm3/hr units to satisfied clients. Our team of dedicated professionals works closely with clients, offering personalized solutions and ensuring seamless installation and commissioning processes.

In South Korea, our delivery of the HYSERVE-300 unit has made a significant impact in the country's hydrogen sector. This project stands as a testament to our technical prowess and ability to handle large-scale installations efficiently.
We are honored to play a role in advancing South Korea's vision for a sustainable hydrogen economy.

First Unit for Overseas Operation in Singapore

This milestone marks our first delivery to an overseas customer, and we took special care in adapting our equipment to international specifications. The HYSERVE-100 unit for Singapore is slightly different and was designed with on-site workability and maintainability in mind. It also adheres to explosion-proof regulations specific to the overseas market, unlike our domestic model. Additionally, we ensured that the equipment maintained a fixed level of purity (99.999 vol%) for Singapore's natural gas input, which has a high nitrogen concentration. To achieve this, we conducted thorough pre-commissioning in Japan before delivery to the site, confirming its compatibility.

Global Deployment of Daigas Group’s Onsite Hydrogen Generation Technology with Hyundai Rotem Company (HRC)

In 2019, DGPS granted HRC to manufacture and sell “Hy-Green”, hydrogen generator utilizing the technology of HYSERVE-300, enabling HRC to meet the increasing demand for hydrogen fuelling stations in South Korea.
This will contribute to the prompt expansion of distributed hydrogen infrastructure which is necessary for the decarbonization in the transportation sector.
Hy-Green will be sold by HRC for the on-site hydrogen fuelling station for various hydrogen mobilities (small vehicles, buses, trucks, construction equipment, train, ships, drones and etc), fuel cell power plant, and biogas production facilities (to produce hydrogen) in order to expand the hydrogen supply chain. 10 units of HY-Green 300 have been sold by end of 2023 and all units are operating smoothly in South Korea. All units are installed on on-site Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRSs) to produce on-site hydrogen.

Also, in August 2022, DGPS just started an expanded business collaboration with HRC to sell generators outside South Korea.
