Completed expansion of LNG Receiving Facility
at Hatsukaichi Plant for Hiroshima Gas
At Hiroshima's Hatsukaichi Plant, DGPS undertook the EPC work to upgrade the LNG receiving facility to accommodate larger LNG carriers. This project required unique planning to expand the facility while utilizing existing infrastructure. Detailed pre-planning and close collaboration with stakeholders ensured the seamless transition and timely completion of all construction phases.
Overseas Projects
DGPS has extensive experience in developing conceptual designs for jetty facilities in various international projects. In Taiwan, DGPS collaborated with LNG terminal owners and jetty contractors to provide design reviews and LNG liquid hammer calculations with diligence and professionalism. By leveraging our flagship LNG terminal designs, we have also evaluated jetty layouts and assessed risks associated with complex multi-vessel operations. Our team works closely with stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges, propose innovative solutions, and evaluate based on key parameters such as operability, maintainability, safety, cost, and schedule.
