Operation Flow


Process Flow


This diagram illustrates a hydrogen production process using city gas. The process begins with city gas being compressed passes through a desulfurizer to remove sulfur compounds. and The gas  then sent to a reformer, where it reacts with pure water to produce hydrogen-rich gas. Following this, the gas undergoes a CO shift process to convert carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide, enhancing hydrogen yield. The gas mixture is then purified using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, which separates high-purity hydrogen gas (99.999%+) from other gases. The remaining off-gases are collected in an off-gas tank and utilize as fuel for burner to supply heat into the reforming furnace.
