We have significantly increased vaporization performance by developing and implementing our high-performance, low-cost open rack vaporizers. These vaporizers not only reduce the required installation space but also minimize operating costs. This innovative technology, known as SUPERORV, was developed through a joint partnership with Kobe Steel, Ltd.
