From Paper to Navigation, Comfortable & Reliable Drawings.IsolationNavi™

Implement DX in drawing creation as well.
Enhance productivity and safety simultaneously.

In work sites dealing with utilities and industrial fluids such as gas, electricity, water, and chemicals; complex drawing-related tasks were generated each time piping work was performed. Previously, numerous printed drawings were laid out, manually colored, and annotated to identify the construction impact and block range. This process was time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it was prone to human error. 'IsolationNavi' leverages the power of a system to achieve DX in drawing creation, thereby enhancing productivity and safety.

Reduce labor in drawing creation by 85%, taking a step forward in eliminating human error.

Increase efficiency and save time by visualizing fluid pathways.

The real-time state of the fluid can be easily visualized. It is possible to color-code related pathways and display possible options for valves for operation, significantly contributing to time savings. Even when the scope of work is extensive and spans multiple drawings, each drawing is interconnected, allowing for an accurate visualization of the affected areas.

Point
Drawing creation, which until now has been done by hand, has now been digitized. We improved the accuracy of the features by using it in-house to make it more user-friendly.

Eliminate human error with intuitive, reliable drawings.

With intuitive operations and easy-to-use drawing creation features, we support the standardization and creation of high-quality work. Unlike drawings created with general-purpose software, our system specializes in creating drawings based on pipe connections, ensuring there are no omissions or errors.

Point
Many accidents are caused by human error. We believe that we can reduce this by streamlining the process and taking the variability out of the equation

Use 3D simulations to virtually confirm site conditions

It is possible to perform a simulated on-site inspection by linking the layout created in IsolationNavi with 3D CAD. The 2D view allows for simple visualization of affected areas and connections, while the 3D view captures spatial relationships in three dimensions. By leveraging the strengths of each, human error is essentially eliminated.

Point
There are benefits to both 2D and 3D. By using both, we have created a system that is easy to understand for everyone, from veterans to new employees.

Support immediate response to emergencies and disasters

The 3D site inspection functionality provides support to recovery planning in situations where access to the site is not possible due to disasters. Furthermore, by connecting the site and the designers' office and sharing drawing data in real-time on the system, a more rapid emergency response becomes possible.

Point
Remote operation and sharing of drawings have been one of the industry's biggest challenges. In order to keep up with the everchanging needs of our customers, we will incorporate all feedback we receive to constantly improve.

Trigger for development. Trigger for development.

‘IsolationNavi’ was originally developed to improve drawing-related tasks within Daigas Group. For example, at one location, approximately 400 construction projects are carried out annually, each necessitating the creation of drawings. We undertook the development with the desire to reduce this workload even slightly, and now we have succeeded in saving hundreds of hours per year. We would be delighted if this solution, which we have refined as users ourselves, can also be useful to as many people as possible. Furthermore, during development, we sought the cooperation of experienced designers and incorporated their expertise and into the system. We hope not only to improve work efficiency but also to contribute to the elimination of human error, the development of young talent, and the enhancement of business quality.
